🛍️ Orders & Customisation

It is your responsibility to double-check spelling, colours, fonts, and design choices when placing your order. We create your product based on the information you provide.

If we have questions or need clarification, we will contact you before starting your order.

🖌️ Design Rights

All designs, product images, and content remain the intellectual property of Cherry Collective and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

🕒 Turnaround Time

Our standard production time is [insert your average turnaround time, e.g. 1–2 weeks], plus shipping.

During peak periods, this timeframe may vary. We’ll do our best to communicate any delays.

🚫 Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

For ready-made items (non-custom), cancellations may be possible if the item hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP.

📬 Delivery & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
