Due to the personalised nature of custom products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g. spelling errors)
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered if production has already started.
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may ask you to provide:
Clear photos of the damage
A photo of the packaging (if relevant)
Your order number
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the issue.
⏰ Timeframes
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept responsibility for issues raised outside this window.
🚚 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for items lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with your local post office or neighbours.
