Ordering & Customisation

How do I customise my order?
Each product page includes text boxes where you can select colours, lettering style, size and enter your wording. Please make sure you carefully double check all spelling, wording, dates, colour choices and custom details before placing your order, as we create your item exactly as submitted. If you have any special requests, feel free to add them in the extra details section or email us.

Will I get to see a mock-up before you make it?
We do not automatically send mock-ups for orders. If you would like a digital mock-up before your item is made, please request this in the extra details section when ordering. Mock-ups are emailed within the week, so please keep an eye on your inbox and junk/spam folder.

If a mock-up is requested, approval must be received before we can begin production. If we do not receive a reply/approval, your order will be refunded.

Can I choose my font or colours?
Yes - If the item is customisable you’ll find font and colour options on the product page. 

Shipping & Turnaround

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available from Greenwith, Adelaide, South Australia.
Orders are typically ready within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How long will my order take?
As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for production after you approve your mock-up. If you need something urgently, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are made and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Australia. For international orders, please email us for a quote.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer flat-rate shipping for standard orders and tracking on all parcels.

 

Payments & Afterpay

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay, so you can buy now and pay later.

 

Changes, Returns & Cancellations

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes - but only if we haven’t started production. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.

Do you accept returns?
As all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it - we’re always happy to help.
