🍒 Ordering & Customisation 

How do I customise my order?
Each product page includes dropdown menu's and text boxes where you can select colours, lettering style, size, and enter your wording. If you have any special requests, feel free to add a note at checkout or email us.

Will I get to see a mock-up before you make it?
Yes! We email you a digital mock-up of your design for approval before we begin cutting. Keep an eye on your inbox - your confirmation is required before we proceed.

Can I choose my font or colours?
Yes - you’ll find font and colour options on the product page. If you’d like help choosing, or have a specific palette in mind, just let us know and we’ll guide you.

 

📦 Shipping & Turnaround

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available from Greenwith, Adelaide, South Australia.
Orders are typically ready within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How long will my order take?
As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for production after you approve your mock-up. If you need something urgently, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are made and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Australia. For international orders, please email us for a quote.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer flat-rate shipping for standard orders and tracking on all parcels.

 

💳 Payments & Afterpay

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay, so you can buy now and pay later.

 

🎨 Products & Materials

What are your signs made from?
We use high-quality acrylic and wood (6mm thick) for all our signs and milestone pieces. Every piece is cut, assembled, and finished by hand.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Our signs are designed for indoor use or under covered outdoor areas. If you need something weatherproof, get in touch before ordering.

 

📩 Changes, Returns & Cancellations

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes - but only if we haven’t started production. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.

Do you accept returns?
As all items are custom made, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it - we’re always happy to help.
